Refund policy

By placing an order through feerway Shop (www.feerway.com), you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure transparency and to help you understand our return and refund process.


30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Damaged on Arrival

If your product arrives damaged, please take photos or videos and email them to our support team at contact@feerway.com. After verification, you may choose:

  • A replacement product (free of charge), or

  • A full refund.

Product Never Arrived

If your order does not arrive within 15 days, please allow up to 20 days maximum due to shipping delays beyond our control. If your order has not arrived after 20 days, we will issue a full refund.


Exchanges

We only replace items that are:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong product or size)

Return Process

To start a return, contact us at contact@feerway.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with:

  • A prepaid return shipping label, or

  • A return address with instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return (within 5–7 business days), we will process either:

  • A replacement product (no additional cost), or

  • A full refund, depending on your preference.

⚠️ Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

  • If your order has already been fulfilled and a USPS, UPS, or FedEx tracking number has been issued, you must wait for delivery and then begin the return process.
